Tar Diver is Gotcha Borg number 125. He is a Knuckle Borg who can swim through the air and produce a bubble of tar around himself to greatly slow down enemies. He is the stronger counterpart to Jelly Diver.
Description[]
A Knuckle Borg with a strange fluid. His TAR SCOPE covers enemies in a sticky liquid and slows them down. Get them where you want them and attack!
